One-year warranty policy

From the date of successful delivery of the goods (subject to delivery information), all goods sold have a one-year warranty. Not caused by violence, but failure caused by normal use, we provide a one-year warranty. Services include returning free repairs and local repairs.

Dislike within one week

From the date of successful delivery of the goods (subject to logistics information), you can return the goods to us within one week because you do not like it.

After we confirm that the integrity, functionality, appearance, and packaging of the product meet the standards, you can return it to us. You will bear the freight.

After we receive your returned merchandise, check the integrity, functionality, appearance, packaging of the merchandise. We will give you a refund.

In addition, due to international mailing, you may have to pay customs fees, import duties, or other fees when returning the product. If there are certain fees we pay, we also deduct them from the refund.

Broken within one year warranty

After we confirm that the product is not caused by violence, but a malfunction caused by normal use, we provide free accessories and you can repair it yourself.

Or you can ask a local service person to repair it. We pay the repair fee up to 15 $, and the rest must be borne by you. A formal invoice for this repair needs to be displayed.

Or send it back for free repair, freight and other costs refer to the previous clause.

Note: These human factors are not covered by the warranty. Private dismantlingļ¼ŒSevere blows, pulls, water ingress, improper use can cause circuit damage, high altitude drops, fire, software conflicts, or other abnormal use methods or conditions.

Please contact us to start the processing if you need return the goods,and get the address where to return. All further processing must be made after we receive the product and check for compliance with our policies. If you are unwilling to bear the corresponding costs for returning the goods, it means that you voluntarily waive your rights.

Please include the following details in your return package (this will expedite your return request):

Your order number;

Product ID or name and quantity;

A temporary description of the product's problem;

If after inspection, it is found that the failure of the product is not caused by normal behavior. You also need to pay the cost of returning the item to you.
